We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our teaching family, Nadia Fodor! As HERBalachia continues to grow and expand, we are constantly seeking ways to deepen our connection with you (our vibrant community) and provide the tools needed to carry on the beautiful traditions of herbalism.
Nadia joins us not just as an expert, but as a recent graduate of our very own Medical Herbalist Advanced Program. Her journey is a testament to the lifelong path of a healer, and we could not be luckier to have her expertise guiding our students.
Meet Nadia: Tradition Meets Modern Wellness
Nadia’s path to holistic health began with Reiki in Colorado, where she first mastered the nuances of energy healing. Her quest for knowledge led her to the California College of Ayurveda to study clinical Ayurvedic medicine, and later to study Jyotish under a traditional guru.
Currently deepening her wisdom at the Ayurvedic Institute, Nadia specializes in:
Clinical Herbalism: Bridging the gap between plant medicine and constitutional health.
Mind-Body Balance: Integrating traditional wisdom into the hustle of modern life.
Practical Tools: Teaching students how to implement "small wins" for long-term vitality.
Nadia is passionate about making Ayurveda accessible. Whether you are looking for lifestyle guidance or a deeper understanding of your own "Prakriti" (your unique nature), her approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply rooted in tradition.
You Asked, We Listened: Ayurvedic Cooking Workshops
We know our community has been hungry for more! We have received many requests for Ayurvedic Cooking classes, and we are excited to announce that Nadia will be hosting upcoming workshops specifically focused on the art of healing through food.
Keep a close eye on our newsletter and social media for dates; these sessions will be a delicious way to learn how to balance your energy right in your own kitchen.
