No Refunds: Due to the small, intimate nature of this event and the up-front costs for supplies and venue, all ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another HERBalachia Alumnus, provided you notify us of the name change at least 48 hours before the event.

Liability: By registering, you agree to take full responsibility for your safety while camping, foraging, and navigating the forest terrain.
How to Secure Your Spot
Registration is a simple three-step process. Because space is strictly limited to 20 participants, your spot is not fully reserved until both the form and payment are received.

Step 2: Submit Your Payment:
The registration fee is $75 for Alumni. We offer the following payment options:

Step 3: Watch Your Inbox

Confirmation: You will receive a personal confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your payment being received. This confirms your spot in the circle.

Preparation: Two weeks before the event, you will receive a detailed "What to Pack" email including the venue address, arrival instructions, and a gear list to ensure you stay cozy in the woods.
